My Thoughts - B
April 14, 2013
Well, I just finished this short story last night, and it seemed kind of pointless. I bought it for my kindle so it was hard to judge the length of it by appearance, and I expected it to be a little longer. It didn't really answer any questions I might have had or give that much insight into Link's life; if anything, it gave me more questions. Dream Dark basically lets you know more about the changes Link is going through, and his relationship with Ridley along with her new transformation. And we also found out exactly just how crazy and overbearing Link's mom, Mrs. Lincoln, really is (i.e. demanding a urine drug test from her son, LOL). All the material in this mini story will probably be shared in someway in the next book, Beautiful Chaos (hopefully). One thing I did enjoy was getting to see Link kick some ass with his new found strength and confidence. So I guess it's on to Beautiful Chaos early...
